West Highland Way - Balloch
Balloch, our base for the southern section of the West Highland Way, is located at the southern end of Loch Lomond, on the edge of the Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park. It is centre for walking, touring and watersports, and home of the National Park Gateway Centre. Balloch has a range of shops, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs serving food in the evenings.
The daily meeting point in Balloch is the Tourist Information Centre in Balloch Road, opposite the railway station.
