Self-guided Short Breaks - Coastal Escapes

Our Coastal Escapes short breaks visit some of the most exhilarating coastal landscapes in south and west England and Wales. Rugged cliffs, huge headland views, abundant wildlife, charming fishing villages provide a great way to recharge the batteries, whilst fresh sea breezes blowing in off the Atlantic are the perfect antidote to the pressures of life.

All seven Coastal Escapes short breaks are based in or close to vibrant seaside towns or villages, in hotels and inns within sight and sound of the sea.

Escape to one of seven coastal destinations for three nights of well-earned rest in a welcoming seaside hotel or inn. Follow our carefully chosen walking routes and work up an appetite for some delicious local seafood. Choose spring or early summer for a wonderful display of coastal flowers, or late summer and early autumn for a covering of purple heather.
