Single Traveller Supplement
The majority of bookings for self-guided tours are received from couples, so tours prices have been calculated on the assumption that there will be two guests to share the fixed overheads (transport, maps/guidebook, administrative costs). The single traveller supplement absorbs some of the overheads which would normally be borne by the second guest, and may also cover single occupancy of a double room where appropriate.
We are able to reduce this supplement for guests requiring a single room/occupancy, but booking as part of a party of two or more guests.
